Matt Church has written books which explain it very well. Basially, cohens' gets your Serotin lelvels correct which help you feel full and burn fat.

Ladies,
with the TOM thing, I had a really weird experience when I finished refeed. I was having a light bleed mid cycle and a really heavy bleed at TOM. This was increasing in length of time also....

I get onto refeed before yuo give into cravings.

You have your refeed program, don't you?

the first day is increased amounts, see if you can do that.

I vary between program portions and end of refeed portions.

I can't eat end final refeed portions every day - it's too much. If I do have final refeed portions, there's no extras like...

I upped my water before refeed as I was absolutely hungry starving. I got up to 4lts/day before I realised that was ridiculous!!

I went down to 3 ltrs/day,maintained through refeed and beyond.

Do try the milk on refeed, I found that it taught me how to cope with the occasional capuccino after refeed.
