Carrot - 1 pc.
Apples - 1 pc.
Orange - 2 pcs.
Flax seeds - 1 tbsp. a spoon

Pour squeezed juice with orange pulp into the mixer bowl, send chopped carrots and an apple there, add half a spoonful of flax seeds.

Beat first in pulsation mode, and then at low speed until smooth.

It helps a lot when I want to eat after dinner! But in any case, to have faster results, you need to have physical activity. I ride a bike in warm weather and I like it, go to the gym with a personal trainer on a regular basis due to health issues (problems with the spine)
