I've Started refeed... WHAT NOW???
IF you're about to start refeed, please feel free to start a REFEED DIARY in the "REFEED AND MAINTENANCE DIARIES" section.
This section (The End! Refeeding and After Cohens) is to be used for discussions on how refeeding and maintenance works. ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED REFEED, please let the moderator of the REFEED section (Kagiesen) know and she will change your user status to "Goal Weight and Refeed Completed" to reflect your success! I believe you will find it over in the new section where the refeed diaries are? They have all been moved over...think the mods realised there are lots more of us now!
