Beck Diet Solution Book

Totally agree this is the best book to combat our 'thinking' and thought about foods and how to change these

Bought it on eBay last night
coming from England though...no one had it for sale in Oz! I paid $29 including postage...hope I didn't get ripped off TOO much!

Found it reasonably priced, bought the book and the CD. Can't remember how much it was, as it was a couple of months ago. It's definitely a good investment to support us through this journey and to get us through the other side with better strategies to keep the weight off! Vee

Same, listened to roughly the first section and its REALLY speaking to me, exactly what I need.
Finally may be able to learn how to treat myself during and after the diet. I am so full of negative self abuse I didn’t even realise!! Time to change that. Kate

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen. Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Beck Diet Solution - book
Hi All
I know that many of you have been reading the "Beck Diet Solution - train your brain to think like a thin person" Have any of you brought it in a book store, or have you purchased it online. I really want/need to read it on the weekend, and I can't find it anywhere - I know I can order it from Amazon.com, but it won't be here for the weekend - yes....... I know, I am impatient!!!! I have seen it on Ebay, from UK US and Aus, but the best price I have seen is on Fishpond, but they usually take a couple of weeks from there

I think I got mine from fish pond, and yes it did take a good few weeks, about 2 at least, which I was annoyed with - i got the impression that it would be a few days. It is a good book to have in your library and well worth the wait
