Default Correct Weigh-In Procedure

Before Cohen's:

Step on scales, read meter.

On Cohen's:
Wake early.
Empty Bladder.
Trim nails.
Trim nose hair.
Shave chest*.
Shave underarms.
Empty Bowels.
Remove nail polish*.
Remove hair accessories.
Remove ear wax.
Remove earrings.
Go for a Brazilian.
Detour on the way home for colonic irrigation.
Get totally naked.
Think light, floaty thoughts.
Step on scales,
read meter.

Yay! Still getting lighter!

____________
* may not apply to all people.

And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

You've missed step off, step on , reread
Step on, step off, move scale, step on, step off, read.
Empty bladder again, step on, reread!
Take average of last ten readings or the lightest reading, whichever gives the lowest!

Love this, SO true.

Then there's also the re-weigh the following day just in case you're out of step with your bodies weight-loss cycle
