Waterwise Challenge Monday 19 September to 2 October 2011
Hi Everyone,
I am starting a new 100% Waterwise Challenge from Monday 19th September for two weeks. If you would like to join, could you please let me know by Thursday 22nd. Thanks Butterfly

Hi Butterfly, yes, add me to this as well please - will drink 2.8 litres - 40 ml per kg of weight - I think that's what it should be.

count me in, a new lease of life and determined to "do it" this time round
Aim for 2.5L, though if the warm weather stays here 3L

I'll up my number. Hope you are doing well on the program, I can't believe my own progress! Goes to show the results that can be had drinking your water and going deviation free (as you would well know) Have a fantastic week loser Lesley
