Default Aslan's Cohens Journey

Hi everyone.

I have been lurking for a few weeks now, soaking up the fab info on this site. I went to an info session about 4 weeks ago, but then had a 2 week holiday in Bali for a wedding, so the clinic recommended I get that out of the way before I had my blood test.

I had my blood test last monday, picked up my plan on Friday and now today is my first day! From looking at my plan, it does seem like it is all going to be OK. I had yoghurt for breaky - Mundella 99.7%Fat Free- not mentioned at all on here that I can see, but fits into what the clinic recommended, so hopefully its ok.....

For lunch I had some chicken with salad from my veges allowance with a Sprite Zero. I have also had 4 of my crackers and a kiwi fruit so far. For dinner I am planning prawns and salad and then apple stew type thing for dessert. So far, so good, feeling fine at the moment - shall see if that lasts!!!!!

Chantel

Hi Chantel and welcome. Did you buy uncooked prawns or cooked prawns. I did not give it any thought when I first started and bought cooked prawns. Although it did not seem to make any difference ie. I continued to lose weight. I have now gone over to uncooked prawns in line with the rules of the program and am still losing weight. Actually a little more than I was when on cooked prawns.
Good luck on your journey stay true to the program and you will enjoy the success that is Cohens.

Welcome, Aslan. I've had the Mundella yoghurt. I read the label carefully and I'm pretty sure it's okay.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).
