Smile Refeed

Hi all,

I started Cohens on 21st January 10 and was going good then stopped and then I started again only to stop once again. My husband and I have been travelling a bit from that time and now back and settled into a good routine I am ready to begin again with "full steam ahead" no more excuses for me. I have had a few blood tests but while travelling have missed out on some, I was hoping someone could answer for me whether this would affect my refeeding program being provided to me when I eventually get to my goal weight? for I am under the impression that the Cohens clinic only dealt with you for 6months from the initial start date.
I dont want to be stranded with no plan when I eventually get to me goal.

Hi Giggles.
I think the only people who can really answer your question are the people at your clinic.

I always told my children - If you don't ask you certainly don't get. You may get a "no" for an answer - but you certainly won't get a yes - unless you ask the question.

Actually Bronwyn I beleive it is included only if you have had all your blood tests.

You would have to check with your clinic because it is up to their discretion in the end. But I do remember a rule whereby you are not given refeed as part of your contract unless you have had all blood tests.
