Help! How do you make cauli rice?

I heard that you can substitute cauli rice for rice grains. Does anyone know how to make it? Thanks !

Thank you, Never give up I was trying to look for GLT's maintenance diary but I only found her first one.

It's on page 2 of the recipe section. All you do is grate the cauliflower and you can season it with salt and pepper and garlic and zap it in the microwave or just "toast" it in a non stick pan over the stove. I like to saute garlic in a little cooking spray before i add the grated cauliflower and season with salt and pepper so I end up with garlic "rice".

I use the food processor. Just use the grater disc, so much easier. I do this once a week, and have cauli rice for dinner every night. YUMM!!

i steam the chopped cauli with a little water in the microwave until soft. salt and pepper and that's it! if it's too watery, i fry it in a non-stick pan. add garlic powder if you want.

Thank you, guys! I think I "over-food processed" my cauli's. They looked more like couscous than rice I guess I prefer them chunkier? When they are too small, I feel like I'm eating a little less? Hmmm... just my mind playing tricks on me i guess
