After having a baby
Hi just wondering every one who has already done the plan and then if they have had a baby and are doing it the second time around does the plan work the same or as quickly.
Or does it take a bit longer. I am just wondering because i will probably think about kids next year and am so scared of actually being pregnant and my stomach getting big and about losing the weight after the baby. Please help Anniem |

Hi Annie,
I've only just joined and found your post so hope this reply is not too late to be of any use... I did Cohen's for the first time after my second baby and got down to refeed in 4 weeks but then found out I was pregnant again (yes it was deliberate but not expected to happen so quickly ) so stopped straight away... it was nice to start a pregnancy at a good low weight but I kinda ate badly after the baby was born...I knew I was not being good but felt so confident that I could get it off again when I went back on Cohens that I just enjoyed my gorgeous baby boy and waited until I stopped breastfeeding (7 months) to start Cohen's again... have just started again but was 3 kilos heavier than last time (eep!)...but I consider that completely my own fault for not eating well or exercising as much as I had before...anyway, I'm now 3 weeks in and my weight loss seems to be very similar to last time - ie. cms lost per week seems to be tracking same.. have not weighed myself yet but would say that you can expect similar results! Good luck with it - kids are fabulous and Cohen's is great for busy Mum's! Sam

That is great you got to refeed in 4 weeks that is amazing let me know how you go this time on it i hope it works just as quick for you. 3 kg extra wont make much difference once your on your way, Have a great day Annie |
