Eden's learning to eat...HOORAY!!! Refeed time.
Hi there all...
Well here I am on my first day of refeed...and I am so excited I could burst...and by the looks of the refeed program probably will from the amount I have to eat toward the middle of the 15day refeed I have to do. How bloody complicated sis it...sheesh. I spent 5 hours planning the other night and still have 4 days to go. Thought I should wait on planning them so I can organise the skiing stuff so I can organise easy things I can take away with me. Pretty exciting stuff. Well today I weighed 80.3kg so I am just inside the goal weight range. I would really love to get down to the low end of 78kg...so hopefully with the extra bit of food my body will flick back out of starvation mode and let me drop a couple of kgs. Anywho...with me luck. I am just getting stuck into some pineapple. It's so yummy...I am so excited...SOOOOOOOOOO excited! Love and stuff AE.

Congratulations on reaching refeed AE.
Job well done, albeit with a few small hiccups along the way. Considering the obstacles you had to deal with during the past 6 months what with odd shift hours & days (my 1st wife was a RN so I know what it's all about) you did a good job. Now for the stuffing of the turkey! (Just kidding).
