Default Rice cakes

On my plan it has rice cakes thin that I am allowed.I purchased Rice cakes (with rice and corn)didnt read it at the shop checked the ingredients when I got home and they have they have corn and maltodextrin.
So am would be right to say they aren't allowed?
The kids like them anyway so they will be used.
Which ones are ok?

I wouldn't use them as they have corn in them and as you know, corn isn't allowed.
Pass 'em on to the kids

The plain, thin rice cakes only, Jimbo. I think they look and taste like styrene, but are vastly improved if you put half a mango one one.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

A thin natural rice cake is great for breakfast, topped with sliced mushies and melted (in m/wave) mozzerella cheese.. yum yum
Also, I was told that the gluten free option, of eating thin rice cakes, can actually help the weight to 'get off' faster, than if you eat the wheat laden saladas etc... just a thought.

I think I might try this one. I have the Real Foods Original Corn Thins. Are these the right ones?

Hi Chailee,

Corn thins are not allowed on the program.

They have to be the thin rice (only) cakes.
