Congratulations on reaching your goal and entering refeed, Hannah. I've just read through most of your previous diary. You did well to get through the party without deviating.

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen.
Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. Hi thanks AJ, i guess most of us are "habit" homosapiens. We just get used to things easily and sometimes just refused to change the old habit to new things specially the good ones. Thats y we are here to undergo strict diet and "forced" by Dr cohens to make those good habits. Once we have get used to it, over all no thing is imposible, this is a very important experinces and lesson i've learned from this diet.

start refeeding today!!
DAY 1: 8/1/09
REFEEDING START WEIGHT:52.7KG WEIGHT CHANGE: NONE NEW CHANGES: EXTRA OLD PROTEIN, EXTRA OLD VEGE, 1 GOOD FRUIT 1st day of refeeding is simple and straight forward nothing complicated. very happy to have pineapple today, i'm a big fan of pineapple. It still taste as yum as before. I think i'll just stick to pineapple as my good fruit the rest of my refeeding. Since i'm looking forward to eat it everyday, can't wait till the day i can have 2 good fruit and i can increase my portion of pineapple!!

DAY 2: 9/1/09
REFEEDING START WEIGHT: 52.7KG TODAY'S WEIGHT: 52.6KG WEIGHT CHANGE:-100G NEW FOOD: EXTRA OLD PROTEIN, EXTRA OLD VEGE, 1 GOOD FRUIT, 1 PCS BREAD Seems like extra protion of food and my 1st pineapple have no effect on my body weight, phew!! today i decided to give bread a try, hope there is not much effect on my body weight. Ate bread with an egg this morning, yum...don't remember bread tasted soooo good, i love to eat bread i hope we can be friend in the futute, so keep finger cross tomorrow when i weight in. The whole day start from mid day i do have bloated and gassy feeling, i think must be too long din't have bread, stomach feeling uncomfortable. Feeling hungry in between meal eventhought has increase food portion, thats strange.

REFEEDING START WEIGHT: 52.7KG YESTERDAY'S WEIGHT: 52.6KG TODAYS'S WEIGHT: 52.7KG WEIGHT CHANGE: +100G NETT CHANGE: 0 NEW FOOD: EXTRA PROTEIN, EXTRA OLD VEGE, 1 GOOD FRUIT, 1 PCS BREAD Today i'll give up the piece of bread and have my old crakers. Nothing much different today. will try bread again tomorrow and see what happen.
