If it is not on your list, you are not allowed to eat it.

No for salmon

IF ITS NOT ON THE LIST YOU CAN NOT HAVE IT

We really need to maybe run that as a floating flashing banner across the top of the forum ....... it is so important whilst on Cohens.

Also a further study of each of the foods on the list will reveal that they all have a unique element that actually assists your weight loss and your metabolism - some foods are similar and each very healthy eating normally - but not the same - as with Tuna v Salmon.

Actually, Tuna IS on your list. Either fresh or Tinned. But if it is Tinned it must only be in "water" or "brine". Not in oils or tomato or anything else except water or brine. Tins of tuna kept in the car, in the office, are good for those times when you are caught short without a cohen friendly place to eat. Can always buy a prepackaged "salad fixin's" and open a can of tuna and along with a bit of white button mushrooms & tomato, bob's your uncle! Salmon & Mackerel are NOT on the list however.
