coffee limits
Hello Everyone
The coffee limit is only 3 per day and I was wondering if anyone knows the reason for this ? Somedays I really crave a 4th cup of coffee (black of course), ecspecially if I've been up since 5:00am in the morning and need to make a long drive. I have been drinking green tea also, which is supposed to be great for weight loss. But green tea doesn't seem to give the same satisfaction. I never drink black coffee after 3:00pm though, because I would probably not sleep at night. Kelly
