Support during Cohen's Diet

Hello everyone! I have been wanting to start Cohen's in the last 3 months. I am just scared about everything I read regarding the food intake, which as far as I can tell, reading your forum, is not much

I have an appointment on the 11th and as far as I know I will probably need to shed 22kg. I am soooo scarded and need support and hear from people who are doing the program, so here's my cry for help.
Look forward to hearing from whoever is keen to share.
