Dos and Donts after Refeed, Lets make a sticky, post your top tips.
I would like to make a sticky about do's and dont's after refeed and want to get others inputs that I will blatantly copy into the new "sticky" thread.
Top Do's- Be careful with increased consumption of white starches. Bread, Potatoes, Rice. They really are not required eating as Cohen has taught you. Lots of fresh non-starchy vegetables will never be bad news to your man-tits or thunder thighs!
- Now you are slim and trim, you can be fit as well. Do something you love(d) doing. You need a physically activity you like doing and you can do it a few times a week.
- Keep active on weekends stop the couch potato, pig outs.
- Weigh yourself each morning, how much do you weigh? No excuses now, how long ago was it that you where you at your ideal weight? A day, A week, A month? If it is more than a week it is Cohen time! Dont excuse yourself!
- Men keep yourself honest with a belt and belt notch you know after refeed you could use comfortably, if it becomes uncomfortable and you want to ease it a notch....Time for a a few days of Cohen meal therapy! Don't just put that belt away and "forget" to use it! Girls I suppose it could be some "slim" fit jeans, put them on once a week
Top Dont's- Snacks: A little hear and little there and sooner rather than latter it is "love big butt" time again. Tip: One snack per day period!
- Increased food amount creep, a little more here, a extra bit there, soon you are eating a big lunch and a big dinner...and the kg's start to "snack" on. (pun intended). Tip weigh your food every now and then...you may get a surprise!
- Alcohol and "snacking". My weak point, if I drink I love to snack (finger food). A little is OK, but self control is hard when you are a bit drunk.
- Get back to old habits, are you eating the same junk again, it still doesn't taste good, why are you eating it?
- Milk, are we having too much again, mornings, latte's after lunch or dinner? Milk is cows blood without the red bits! Its has way too much sugar (latose), low fat has the same amount of sugar, and if you are sensistive to it like me, the hormones are not doing your body any good either.
