Parma Rolls
Tried this tonight-very yummy!
Belt out a lean piece of steak until it is very thin. Layer with tomato pasta sauce shaved ham grated mozza cheese I also added some fresh herbs- marjoram and small amount of mint. Roll up tight. Wrap in lightly oil sprayed baking paper & then tin foil-tightly. Put in fridge for a while. Cook in about a 160 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Could use chicken or veal.
