Thanks everyone for popping in.
I am off to my clinic appointment very soon - to collect my refeed program! Weight this morning down 200g - so now sitting pretty at 56.5 kgs. Is it my imagination, or is this getting easy now ??!!! <joking>  anyway, my clinic asked me for some 'start of refeed' photos, so I snapped a couple this morning... just loading them now. Giving this another go as I know it works. It's been years since I fully completed the program, and with great success. But I'm not in a happy place now that menopause is on the menu.  2008 stats: Start weight= 89.9kg (8/8 ) Final weight > refeed = 54.1kg (24/12)
