Default Coming off Thyroxine?

Has anyone had the experience of successfully coming off Thyroxine? If so, was there a particular way to do it? I should have gone to see my doctor to discuss the process, but I haven't due to xmas/new years. I want to get a blood test done to show my thyroid's natural functions as I am hoping it has righted itself, so I have done 3 days on half dose and now 2 days on no dose of Thyroxine. I was told (by my Applied Kinesiologist) that it will usually take at least 4 days off the medication (a couple of which you might feel pretty ordinary) to get a fair blood test reading. If anyone can offer any advice on this would be much appreciated. I am seeing the kinesiologist to try to get off thyroxine and he's had me on P5P for a couple of months which is where he believes my deficiency was, resulting in an autoimmune response attacking the thyroid. Thanks, Janine.
