Post Help with tiredness

I have struggled with extreme tiredness throughout this whole program.
Initially I put it down to being overweight and being busy studying, as I was tired before I even started the program, so I thought it was just a continuation of how I was living my life.

As I've dropped the weight and my lifestyle has changed the tiredness continues and I've come to suspect it has a lot to do with the diet. I tried all kinds of things, having an extra vitamin at lunch time, extra magnesium, zinc, iron, all to no avail.

What I recently discovered was that instead of having just one extra multi vitamin at lunch time to take 2 extra a lunch time. That seemed to really make a difference. I read on someone's post that a consultant advised a client they can have upto 5 extra multi vitamins a day, so it would seem that it is acceptable to take extra, and it really does combat that draining tiredness.

I also really try and listen to my body and have a rest as often as I can, but that is a bit tough when you have to work all day! I've tried this 2 extra multivitamins for about 4 days in a row, and it seems to be working every time!

So hope this helps some of you who are struggling with tiredness as well.

Vee
