Hey Vee

Doing well...I would think it is the bread...

My consultant told me only 'crap' bread allowed wholemeal, white not seeded but either way bread is definately an evil (well I think it is)! Reason being to figure out if the body responds badly to 'normal' breads we generally eat.

Are you weighing the bread?

When did you have it? Mornings aren't good...but I would keep to the fruit and cut the bread for a couple of days.
