2 Fruit and 5 Veg per day
Hello,
Just completed my first day on Cohen's and it was fine BUT I am surprised just how little our vegetable servings are! I had XXg grated zucchini with breakfast, spinach leaves at lunch and for dinner my veges amounted to half a small tomato, a couple of slices of zucchini and one and a half mushrooms.
