Default stats for maintenance mishaps

I have noticed that there are quite a few of us who are battling 4+killlergrammas after having a few good months on maintenance.

I was just wondering if anyone has any stats or observations regarding how many months is the norm/average that people handle the maintenance;without snags and then have a big jump, fall off the bus, don't follow maintenance rules and have ended up with a 4+gain.

I wonder if people are easy to bounce back after holidays or if there is a longer time to get back on the train after the prolonged festive period.

I would be curious to know how many people throw in the towel as opposed to those who suck it up and either maintenance back down or reset back down, or those who do original plan -or those financially fortunate that go out and buy a whole other plan.

I want to be one of the ones who is back on the maintenance track-by using a combo of original 1st plan and refeeding weights of foods to get back down to goal weight.
