Reversal of constipation (yuck, sorry)

Can anyone tell me if I can have NZ Metamucil? The listed ingredients are Psyllium Husk powder & Sucrose.

I've done a search but haven't been able to get a definitive answer so sorry if this is slightly repetitive.
