Skin
Hi all, so with the amount I have to lose I am quite concerned about my skin. I'm worried that I'm going to be left with loose skin in the tummy, legs and arm areas. I'm not sure how others have found it - especially those that have had to lose quite a few kgs.
I am currently nourishing my skin with a mixture of jojoba oil, sweet orange e oil, grapefruit e oil and lemon grass e oil. I rub all over and wrap myself lightly in plastic. I do this twice a week (sleep with it on overnight) in order to assist the elasticity of my skin. The wraps are not tight, the plastic is used more to keep the skin moisturised during the night.
