Summer challenge!!
Im in need of a little commitment at the mo. Would love to have a summer or Christmas challenge, haven't actually thought about it in any detail yet but thought I would through it out there while there is still a week to go?
Any takers. Im not officially starting back on plan until Saturday would be fab to jump straight in with a challenge

 Goal - Under 100kg 11/3/2013 Under - 95kg 3/4/2013  Under - 90~~~~~ Under 85~~~~~ under 80(bmi overweight)~~~~~ under75~~~~~ under 70~~~~~ under 65(bmi NoRmAl)~~~~~ Goal 63-60!!!
