Default Maintenance Challenge!

I am stealing ideas from the current and recent challenges going on and I am starting up a "maintenance" challenge. And I don't care if I am the only participant!

So the point of the challenge is to set your goal range for maintenance, and remain within it over the Holiday Season and Summer, by weighing in and posting on your once a week weigh in day. I will probably weigh daily where I can to begin with to keep on track, but my official weigh in day will probably be Monday. You can choose your own day.

I will begin officially next Monday (the 9th - ooooh Claireybell convention day! Must do some more organising of that)....

So for example I might say that my maintenance goal range is 52-56 kg (depending what my post refeed weigh in is) and then I will post my weigh in.

I neeeeed to keep myself accountable this time through management/maintenance instead of swimming in a sea of sugar and wondering how I gained 10kg in a month.

So yeah, this is all about me, but I invite others who might also find it useful to participate too!
