Start Weight (11/30/2013): 185.2kg
Goal: Lose 30 kilos (155.2kg)

Week 1, 7th December 182.6kg (-2.6kg)
Week 2, 16th December 180.4kg (-2.2kg)
Week 3, 23rd December 178.9kg (-1.5kg)
Week 4, 30th December 176.9kg (-2kg)

Total loss: 8.3kg
Remaining: 21.7kg

Thank goodness for overnight losses!
