Hi all - after a great 1st week of losing 3 kgs, I have not lost anything since Monday (so the last 4 days of week 2 - nada! Im not officially panicking YET BUT very close. I really did not anticipate NOT losing in my 2nd week, maybe week 3 or 4.
Im not demotivated - I was just excited to see the scale move this week for I gathered that week one you lose the "water weight" and NOW im suppose (in my mind) to start losing the FAT. But looks like it does not wanna budge - any one else had similar experience or any advice?????
Feeling a bit like I don't know what im doing ....

Week 1: 19 - 25 Jan 2015 -Less 3 kgs (116.5 kgs)
Week 2: 26 - 01 Feb 2015 -No loss (116.5 kgs)
Week 3: 02 - 08 Feb 2015 - Less 2 kgs (114.5 kgs)
Week 4: 09 - 15 Feb 2015 - Less 1 kg (113.5 kgs)
Week 5 & 6: 15 Feb - 01 Mrch 2015 - Less 1 kg (112.5 kgs)
