Re: Off Track
Hi Ros,
Just read your post and hope that you are doing OK. The thing is do you want to lose weight. If the answer is yes then you have the means. Whats for dinner tonight. Have you planned a Cohens dinner and if so you are on the right track. I cannot think of eating anything else as I really want this to happen and I have just been on the before and after photos link and yes I want that to be me so tonight dinner is organised. You have to WANT this or you are setting yourself up to fail before you even start and there is nothing worse than that. You can achieve this just follow the plan. All the best and I look forward to seeing your photos soon. Melissa

Re: Off Track
Hey Ross,
I know exactly how you feel, but PLEASE focus on your goal! I was there and really made a big mess of things and today I started again. I could have been finished a year ago, smiling all the way. As I said to Melissa this morning - the problem is, once you've cheated, it becomes even easier to cheat the next time, and you don't want that. Remember, everytime you cheat, you are set back for another week, which means that it will take you another week to make up for that again. I'm from South Africa and except for the clinics, there are no such support as what you have. So I understand about the "isolation" that you are talking about. Just remember why you started with Cohen in the first place. If you've got any "before" photo's, just go and look at them again, and look at yourself now. 20kg is a lot of weight. Just hang in there, and push forward. It's not that hard, and you're almost there. God bless and I'm also looking forward to your photo's. Huggie

Re: Off Track
Hey,
I have to just started the diet and gave into my depression demons too quick. After talking to my consultant, she infoed me the reason for my stopping at a particular weight, is that your body has to detox again, and once all the cheating food and devation have left your body, it will continue burnig fat fast once again. So keep your chin up and get through that detox stage and watch it fall off again. If I can do, You definatly can. We never really fail, we just quit trying. GOOD LUCK |
