Kamusta naman kayo?

Worried about veggies. Bought salad leaves and when I weighed it, it looks a lot! But all a matter of mind diba?

Hi everyone! I'm only on my second week, and I wanted to ask though how you guys deal with deviation temptation? I'm always so tempted to deviate, but not to eat the things I can't now. I'm tempted to not eat all. I've really lost my appetite to the point that the temptation is to skip meals or to eat less than what is allotted for the meal. Any advice? o.0

Hi saypuen. On day 5 pa lang but had so many temptations na like KFC, North Park, PIZZA. Ignore KFC and NP. But pizza, well, sipsip galore na lang ng diet coke. What I think na lang is that I want to lose weight and the pizza is not going to help me. Follow your plan para ma-maximize mo yun diet. Kahit di ako usually nagluluto, thanks to CD e parang ok naman ang mga naluluto ko. Fighting!

Hi BP! That's what I tell myself too. Kasi if we're sick and doc says drink so and so meds at so and so time, we'll do it naman.

Hi everyone. But I naman marami na akong karamay dito. Fifth month ko na pero mukhang Malabo ma-attain ko yang goal ko by the sixth month. (side note: Koh suggested we write in Tagalog... Am finding it hard to do since my iPad is always auto correcting what I type)...anyway, my biggest hurdles are stress and instances where I have no choice but to deviate. There was also a time I was questioning myself if it was worth all the sacrifice... Pero I am seeing and feeling the result naman kaya nabubuhayan na ako ng loob. Earlier in the forum I was worried about my belly shelf (as coined by one of the members here), kasi nga when I am sitting down pwede ko na gawing arm rest yung belly ko. Lol! But after four months nawala na.

Reading the previous posts in here... True about the veggies, feeling ko noon para akong kambing. Pero you can try other meat and veggie combination na mas marami yung meat/seafood vs veggies.

Try buying an oil sprayer para controlled ang use ng oil for frying and sautéing. I got mine from rustan's, yung refillable kasi canola oil Lang naman din ang laman nung Pam.

As for the temptation to deviate, daanin mo na Lang sa water, fruits and crackers. You will also experience hunger headaches after a few weeks... Same cure...water, crackers and fruits and the occasional biogesic...

You're the only one who will dictate the direction of your diet plan. The problem with allowing oneself to deviate on so many instances is that you may become too comfortable with it to the point of losing track of why you are on cohen's in the first place. Sayang naman yung effort di ba? Not to mention the amount you paid to get the plan.

I say this because I've been there...

Hi, I am new to this as well, Just looking for other alternatives to lose these stubborn weights. In as much as I would like to go to the gym and get fit, my busy schedule wouldn't allow me to. I work on a night shift and very much prone for hunger pangs. My friends has always been recommending different diet pills and sure got results but as for me, I'm kind of anxious when it comes to taking any kind of medicines. I would love to lose weight in the most natural way possible I am very uncomfortable with the way I look now as I do not look presentable wearing my business attire. I'm in need of any suggestions and tips maybe. Thanks in advance.

I hadn't seen anyone writing tagalog, so I wanted to point out that you MAY (in this forum) if you wish.
And auto-correct drives me nuts too - I sometimes wonder who wrote the bloody thing (the auto-corrections can be SO weird at times.... )
