BUT - now at least I know why I always stopped dieting before.... I always thought the plan was not working for me instead of pushing through for 3 months and seeing what pattern emerges. It is REALLY hard, so best advice I can give sofar with my little experience is to push through and weigh less often. The weight cannot stay on, it WILL fall off. Just don't compare yourself with others and have that reality check that weight loss is NOT easy and does not come easily... ESPECIALLY PERMANENT WEIGHT LOSS! XX |

I moved ! .. down 500 g after 9 days
I have looked back at my previous cohens journey & the week after my period ends I seem to stay static or have miniscule weight loss . And yes in the immortal words of Dory "just keep swimming " The weight cant help but eventually fall off - & all we are fighting in static periods is our own IFC . Have a great day all

just an update to my stall .... I actually stayed the same for 8 days in total .
week 1 - lost 4.2 week 2 - stayed the same week 3 - lost 3.2 see not all bad ! day 22 DF today & 7.8 kg less & thats a win if ever there was one

Congrats - that's really well. Im still a slow loser - 8.5 down in 7 weeks....but Im losing and not gaining. So I just keep looking forward.
All stalls will break - you just have to continue eating right. |

I'm also a slow loser. Last week I didn't lose. When you weigh, should it be the first thing in the morning after you pee?
I didn't lose last week. And sometimes, it goes up, especially when I weigh before I sleep. Then, it went up and down during the morning, before and after I pee. But still, I didn't reach below 68.7 kgs. Hopefully, tomorrow, I'll weigh in after I pee when I wake up and get a better result. Thanks a lot for sharing your experiences Peace and Fragglerocksta. You are all right, we have just to keep going even though it doesn't seem to work. Also, I should be more mindful with the weights of the food I eat and sodas I drink. Even water, sometimes, I don't know if it's lesser or too much. I am guilty of making estimates sometimes, especially on water intake. And for weighing veg and meat, sometimes it is off for few hundred grams or more. Anyway, I'll just be more careful and keep going. One more thing, I will stop tasting the food while cooking just to make sure it is yummy. It could also be a factor.

Scales are still going down so there is no problem here - you guys are all doing really well. Hope you all had a great Easter.

I envy your weekly loss! But I realized that it will really vary on each person, all we have to do is just to keep going. Earlier, I loss 400 grams, finally. So 68.3 kgs now. I'm not going to update my ticker yet until the official weigh in on April 20.
