Hi Deelight,

Seems to be OK now - just be careful when in your "signature" area.... Stay clear of the 4 lines that include "Tickerfactory" info....

Now, what were you trying to say in that post before last ?

Get the Message - "I am delighted with my results to date !"

Start date: 04/02/10 4 weeks + 2days YIPPEE ! !
Start Weight: 86.7kg
Today's Weight: 78.8kg

Loss to date: 7.9kg

To Koh - admininstrator and Jlou - moderator ! ! LOL
Well actually Koh, what I was going to say is
I was so excited cause I am now under the 80kg!
Phew - its working AND I got frustrated cause I couldn’t
change my ticker thingo. Forgot my password and had
a mental blank on creating a new one. Thanks for sorting
that for me. Hence no update on my progress. So as Jlou
mentioned my sister and I are totally getting "HOT" I am so
proud of her, and also Suzieblue has out done me 8.6kg –
What a champ........ I am amazed it is working so well and
almost easily. Not to often I am tempted by sweets or other
foods. Normally at this point in other programs it would have
been such hard work so I would think – oh I have done well
So now it doesn’t matter if I stop here. That has been my problem.
So this time it is to the home base, refeed and maintenance for me.
Have a great week everyone. Cheers

Hi Deelight,

Wow, how "delighted" do you sound? Awesome work - and you're welcoming a new BMI range too? How nice.

With 4 weeks behind you, do be sure to record your results :-

Rock on, you hot little girl,
Koh

Thanks all for visiting and stopping by for a chat. It is always encouraging, specially when you go through a rough patch. Yesterday was awful. Couldnt wait for it to end and go to bed! All I wanted was something sweet, and it lasted all afternoon until I went to bed. I couldnt bear to give in but it was hard for some reason. So today, new day - reread the plan EVERY word and decided to focus on the water and having a cracker at every 2.5 hour that I am allowed. So far it is working and I have just eaten the tofu and vegetable soup in the recipe book. Feel like little miss pig. Seemed like so much - it was great.
Shuki: dont know what came over me in that post you mentioned. Twas an interesting delemma......ha ha. Koh was right on to it bless his heart and had me sorted in no time. Cant wait to move that ticker down a few more notches. Although I am having a challenge keeping my long pants up now. I am even wearing a belt that was put into the archive.....too cool. Have a great week! Cheers Narelle

Hooray! I finally found you Deelight!! You and MumChum are so alike I got somewhat confused and then I couldn't remember your name! We are actually aiming for about the same and have lost about the same in the same amount of time! The only difference is I'm 3 weeks ahead of you. We can keep a close eye on one another!

Well done with the temptations you have managed to overcome. I've had a couple of bad ones this last couple of days. Yesterday I bought some really fresh bread and had to leave it in the car in the sun - when I got back the car smelt like a bakery! lol That was tough but I got through. And tonight I was so tired after work and shopping I got everyone else pizza and came home and defrosted some chicken and had it with salad. Feel much better now I'm full! Who needs greasy ol' pizza anyway?

Well better go put the rest of the shopping away. I'll try to keep popping in and keep up to date on how you and MumChum are going (and your daughter too!)
You're going great and I think we should ALL be hugely proud of ourselves.

Sue

Default Deelight Diary

Back to normal life again: have spent the last 5 days away, Singapore, Melbourne and just chilling with my girls. Had great intentions when I left but alas - I couldnt find the bus anywhere. Had to make some choices that aligned somewhat with Cohens although no weights and there were times it was nigh impossible for me to get the food required. I thought it should be simple enough just go to the local maccas, pick up a salad and use what I could. The maccas I was close to had nothing that resembled salad. Anyhows, back home last night and on the scales this morning and I am as happy as - 77.8kg so I am down 600gm on what I was and I would have to say that is a miracle! I know it probably wouldve been better 100% on program but it wasnt to be, and my choice was to go hang with my girls and if it takes me an extra week or two to achieve goal that is all good for me. For me it is not just about this 4 - 6 month period but about the insights I am learning about my body and its relation to food. So all in all I am one happy Cohenite today. Thanks Dr Cohen!

Hi Deelight and welcome back, I am so pleased you had a lovely time with your girls, and the loss on the scales is a bonus after all the trouble you had with food, well done.
