Morons spamming forum

Recently we've been hit with a spate of morons posting links to **** sites.

They register, then post 5 or 6 posts with a link to a **** site in them.

If you happen to see this occur, please DO NOT CLICK ON IT.

I'd hate anyone to download a virus or something by clicking on them.

We're deleting the posts and the user and banning the url the emails come from, but seems as fast as we delete, they repeat...

I had been considering making it so that any new potential members had to be OK'd by admin first, but I'm thinking this might discourage genuine posters. Dunno, may yet have to do that.

Anyway, just thought I'd warn everyone.

Thanks for the warning asy, noticed some posts this morning that were a bit suss. Can't believe people would waste their time and energy on such drivel.

Yeah I noticed the posts. Thanks for taking care of it.

I actually tried to open one post (stupid in retrospect) but my computer didn't have the needed program. I thought it may be a rival diet thingy.

So maybe my computer has good instincts

They're officially annoying me now.

I've deleted FOUR sets of them today.

It's very frustrating.

I'm not sure what they get out of it.
