Egg white wraps

Today I tried making wraps with egg whites- turned out SENSATIONAL!!

2 egg whites lightly beaten.
Spread out evenly in fry pan, when cooked flip & cook the other side.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

I had lettuce, tomato, onion, shaved ham and tasty cheese!

YUMMO!

Held together really well, thought I might have to add some grated cheese to hold it together-but didn't need to.
