Good news for girls with PCOS

It seems to me that Cohens fixes EVERYTHING !! A bit naive perhaps, but hey, it has a bloody good go at everything - including PCOS (thanks, Connie, you little gem). Is it all about eating "the way we should" in the end? Hmmm !!

And hey, if you have no idea about how bl___y hard it is to lose weight with PCOS, check out Connie's Diary. What she endured has to be seen to be believed - fortunately, Connie found Cohens, and the end result (above) is nothing short of OUTSTANDING !!

I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed...
And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!
