Hi FF,

Unless your body reacts to one by retaining fluid - which I doubt - i don't think it makes a lot of difference. What will make a huge difference is stressing.

So RELAX and trust the process.

At least you will be consistent if you always weigh after breakfast.

Thanks Shanara and Lou

Sound advice! I am much more relaxed this morning and just eaten my usual breakfast.

Think it was just old anxiety from 'other' diet programs where there were weeks when you were lucky to lose 100grams and that was only because you'd gone out in sub zero temperatures wearing next to nothing!

I am slowly learning to trust this plan and let go of those old habits.

hey there FF! How did you go? I got to the clinic but was kinda double booked so didnt have a chance to really sit down and go through stuff, hopefully next week. But pleased so far. The weathers miserable here today but I just had the Cauliflower cheese which was yummy, filled me up and definitely winter food. Shame its limited. Have been enjoying it so far, im assuming everyone pee's alot??!!! Due to the water intake??! just wanted to check!

Hey Ailsa

DEFINITELY normal to pee a lot. I work in a call centre and have to log out of the phones constantly to wee - waiting for my manager to say something to me! Ha ha. I see you're truckin' along well - keep up the great work
