Smile Raw or Cooked

Hi all,

Today is day four, and so far I am feeling good (no headaches or mood swings).

I just have a quick question and am unsure if I have maybe skipped over this in my plan, but poultry/meat should it be weighed raw or cooked???

If you can get back to me that would be great.

Always weigh raw meat and vege's - unless it is squash which must be weighed cooked!

Good luck for your journey to a new you

Hey guys it is only gem squash that is weighed cooked - not your normal yellow squash.

Jandy, you must weigh it all raw.

Here are some other tips which may help you in these early days
