Lower your expectations
you are losing nearly 2 kg a week by far the best results you would get from any program and certainly more sustainable and long lasting read the whole useful books link and then read the books

Nobody can tell it like Mcpsych can!If you feel sdisheartened think how you wold feel with that 22k still around you! are a third done! go and grab a 22k sack of something and carry it around with you for 24hours you wont be so disheartend!

Stick in there you are doing great, yes things might slow down but that is because you have less weight to loose. Just think how you will be feeling when you get to your goal weight and don't forget to reward yourself along the way.

Sweetie, try looking more at "how far you have come" rather than at "how much longer you have to go". As others have said, you are steaming along... at nearly 2Kg a week (not many at all get it that good). But hey, you also said this :- Quote:

Just a big happy hushpuppy I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !! |
