Weeeeeellllllll, not only did I fall off the bus but it backed up and ran over me, twice I think...... but back to it with my refeed safely in hand and counting down the 10 d-free days to start.
So pondering on that, WHAT HAPPENED, TOM coincided with big changes at work, extreme hunger, unpreparedness, trip away = lack of focus!!!!!! So WHAT TO DO....... get back into it 100% - simple really, same advice as I have given to anyone asking for my advice! Draw a line and move forward!!!! So now that I have refeed in hand things seem to have come back into focus, I think I thought too much! But now I have a really really good friend who is committing to their program and I owe it to myself and to them to be a good role model as you all have been for me!!

I've been seeing him every morning going for his walk as I sit and wait for my bus to work.. he smiles and winks at me.. and silently i make my Christmas wish.. hmm.. well its not really a Christmas wish.. it is a pre-Christmas, Christmas wish.. which if it comes true I will be shouting from the roof tops in a few short weeks

Hey everyone, just busy, busy, busy - at this time of year things are supposed to be getting slower, but someone forgot to tell my life that.
Refeed requires a different headspace, but my advice read, read, read.......... then all of a sudden you get it!!! But adding three pieces of bread in one day..... who does that??? All going well though, I am loving this life! Off to Perth before Christmas to meet the new bf's friends, wow people who didn't know me when I was bigger - how exciting - packing though - what not to take!!!!  )

 Have you got a refeed diary yet cause I couldnt find it. Are you coming up here at all? I think I could quite easily have 3 pieces of fresh bread smothered in marg a day quite easily...

Hey hey hey all, long time no posting but I really must move over to the maintenance diaries, well.......... updates, updates, updates
Bronnie - yeah new bf - old friend but new romance, and moving to D-Town - will be there early in the New Year! McSteamy - I will take the best of cjaye and the rest can stay in K-Town! And the turtles - definitely the turtles. Nixy - looking for a running partner about February if you are keen, aiming for a few fun runs next year. Anyone else who is currently making their way through Cohen's stick with it, it will be life changing, you will reassess your entire life at times but you know what - it will be worth it and you can do it!!!
