Default Aching Muscles

Hi Everyone,

I'm just starting my 4th week on the program. I've been getting cramps in my arms and legs mostly my upper arms and thighs. Is this normal?

Could be lack of salt if you are drinking too much water?

I'm averaging around 2L a day, maybe a little less on weekends. hopefully its just the HGH kicking in

This aching muscles usually happen if you are lack of sleep,
it is always happen to me

Funny you mention that Anderson. I was awake and ready to start my day yesterday at 2:45 am (usually I wake at 6:30 am) and just had a really tough time on my walk yesterday afternoon. My legs felt achy and weak. Didn't think about my lack of sleep until I read your post. Makes sense now.

Muscle cramp can occur at anywhere it can last for few seconds to a quarter of an hour or occasionally. Cramp is very common with everyone from adults to children’s.


You can prevent yourself from cramp by taking some simple steps.
  • Dehydration :- You should drink lots of water, it will help your muscle contract and relax. It is very important to avoid dehydration, so drinking lots of water can help your muscles.
  • Stretch exercise:- Before you go for any activity stretch your muscles it will give you relief from cramp or if you are going for sleeping you do some stretch exercise it will really help you to get relief from cramps.
