Well done on getting to refeed stage Audree! That's an excellent achievement and you've done so well all the way through. I'm sure you're going to complete your refeed in the same style as you followed your plan! Fantastic effort!!

Thanks everyone for all your encouragement! Refeed starts tomorrow. I have meals weighed and frisen for the first 8 days. I've splot the extra protein I get between lunch and dinner. Seems like the food portions are goin to be way too much eventually and all the extra fruit seems like it will be way too much. Adding new proteins, bread, and carbs will be interesting. I'm at the high side of my goal, 140 being the low side. I want my bump to be betweeen 140 and 145. I can't believe how small I look in the mirror and the clothes I'm wearing now, seems unreal.

Way to go Audree, congratulations You will be fine. The slow gentle increases of feed are awesome, Dr Cohen is really unbelievable how he has worked out exactly what is right for each and everyone of us.

Thanks Tes Yes I do feel so much better, better than I ever have in my life! Just keep on going, take one day at a time and you will get there. I did not deviate not once, only unintentionally missed my 5 hour window in the first month and a half.

Thanks Jessy I am afraid of the food as it seems like way too much. What if I can't finish the food on my plate? Did you do refeed?

Hi Louise! Thanks so much for all your on going support. Day 1 of refeed and I already feel like the food is too much.

Today was day 1 of refeed. I divided the extra protein between my lunch and dinner. The extra protein and veggies already seem like too much food. I was NOT hungry at all and only had one fruit today but did eat my crackers. I had my water too. Tomorrow I get a slice of bread and I was thinking to make myself for breakfast french toast.

Enjoy refeed Audree and rediscovering old favourites.

I love French toast - and it is so nice knowing that it is 'legal" when on maintenance - I just have to remember to ask for any sauce/topping etc on the side when ordering it when out as some places just smother it with so much sugary syrup.

Unfortunately, I never really struggled with the "too much to eat" in refeed

It won't be long now before you can get back to your "weights and exercise".

Hi Winterboots I didn't get to make my French toast but had a slice of sour dough with my breakfast. I used a little spray butter cooking spray for flavor. Thanks for stopping by!!
