Default Fruit Allowance

Hello all,

Wondering if anyone can give me a tip how much is 1 fruit allowance. I wanted to eat some melons and I wasn't sure how much I can eat.

Help please.

Hi

My Consultant has told me 100g of fruit if you are able to weigh an portion - this is the rule for fruit size.

My guide says 180g for Melon, Kiwi and Pawpaw? We had to write in our books 160g for Mango as there wasn't a weight. Maybe this is why you're feeling so hungry Tes? I think I would not have made it if I had to survive on so little fruit.

Ha ha - I always take the biggest apple I can find and justify it by thinking that our biggest fruit are exported and we do not ever get to see them, so this must be a 'medium' apple...
