Back for my second and final round
I hope everyone's Friday is going well. Just a little intro on myself. This is the first time on this forum and second time on Cohens. Back to lose over 9 kilos that reappeared very fast. My husband and I are planning to go on a holiday for my 30th birthday in June, so I have a good 6 weeks to lose the weight. Wish me luck! I have been reading alot of the diaries and they are all so inspiring. Looking forward to cheering everyone on! Happy Friday all !! |

Re: Back for my second and final round
Thank you all very much for visiting my diary. I must apologize for being rather slack and not visiting your diaries. I promise to do that this weekend.
I hope everyone has had a lovely week with amazing losses. Can't wait to check in all your diaries. Well my week has been good. Super duper busy with work hence the lack of being on this forum. I have decided not to weigh in until the 4 week mark so it gives me something to look forward to. Fingers crossed I can hold out to that long. I've asked the hubby to hide the scales from me!! haha Let's see if this will work. Definetley feeling much lighter and clothes are feeling much looser. Food seems a bit boring, but I think that is because I have not really made much effort to cook anything too nice. Partly due to working late and being tired after a long day. My plan is to spend my weekend cooking for the following week and being more prepared. I hope you all have an amazing weekend and look forward to visiting all your diaries. Much love to all xoxox |

Great to hear from you Mrs J!
Fantastic that your week went well, keeping busy makes staying DF so much easier, right? take a look in the recipe section of the forum if you want to mix up your meals, but don't do too muh too soon or you might get overwhelmed. Especially if you are already super busy Great plan to stick to the 4 week weigh in's - it is so incredibly satisfying to jump on the scales and see massive losses!!! make sure to take weekly measurements - that'll keep you on track between weigh ins You can do it

Hi Mrs J,
How are you going? I noticed your ticker and you have almost the same amount to lose as me! Are you tall? I got told I could be an amazon! When I told my darling hubby, he said "No babe, you're a GLAMazon! Too sweet. Anyway, just thinking about you and hope you are having a great weekend. Hugs Andie
