2017 Allowable Cooking Oil and Sprays

This post is about Allowable Cooking Oil and Sprays

The Program evolves over time. Dr Cohen is always checking for more efficient products, alternatives for different regions, and generally fine tuning the Program

In 2006, my personal Program allowed:

• Spray Olive Oil, and
• Spray Canola Oil

In 2017, my personal Program shows allowable oil as

• Spray Olive Oil.

Given that not all stores in the Australasia Region may have appropriate pure Olive Oil on the shelves, I have asked my Clinic to please confirm what Cooking Oils are currently allowed foods.

The Melbourne Clinic has confirmed that the 2017 overall Program allows these Cooking Oils but to be used as sprays to minimise the amount of Oil in any particular meal / day

• Olive Oil (as a Spray)
• 100% Pure Rice Bran Oil (as a Spray)
• Grape Seed Oil (as a Spray)
