Hi SW.

Just read your diary and catching up with your journey so far. Your doing fabulously... Gosh 11.4kg in 4weeks that's amazing!!! These forums are incredible for support. Its great to have a place to go to when no one else could possibly get what being on a Cohens journey is like. I am about to start my program again. I did mine back in 2013 and went from 108-84kg. Then back up to 98kg now had two kids and now am back down to 86. So I really want to get to my target weight of 58kg set by Dr Cohen. I've never been that light before in my life. So I'm nervous but I really want to succeed and reading diaries like yours helps give me the motivation I need to get started.

Congrats again on your weight loss already. I cant wait to read about what the next 4weeks brings.

Hi SW,

That is so good to hear - and isn't it great how it has you feeling so good, and just wanting to keep on going?

I'm not sure just where you are at - I watched and applauded as Asy and Faithy did their journeys, and it totally thrilled me to know just how much good this Dr has done for so many.

It was Faithy that first alerted me to how sizing worked, and that Normal sizes stopped above Size 18. But, did you know that, once you get down to Size 18, it takes just 6-7Kg to come down another Size (18, 16, 14, 12, etc). It could be a month or two for you yet before you hit those sizes. We never did work out how many Kgs it took to come down thru the larger sizes, but at the rate you are going, you should be having your old clothes hanging off you already, yeah?

Thank heaven for safety pins, eh?

Koh

Hi koh, thanks for the message, the programme sure has me in good spirits. So far as the sizing goes, I started at a firm 24 sometimes a 26. I am down 16kg and fitting into 22s easily don't think it will be long till 18 in some things. Hope that helps.

Cool, that will help. What I think will work is if we monitor as you come down each size. Even if you might have forgotten, the main reading will be "at what point you can fit an 18".

What I think is this - we know the bigger sizes change less often, so maybe it is 10Kg for each size, or maybe not. But given that you started out at a 24, and then you will step down three sizes (22, 20, and then 18 ) I would think we can simply divide the Kgs lost from when you start till you can fit an 18, then divide it by 3 - and there we have it - the Kgs lost between each of the larger sizes.

That would be awesome to finally know that (even if a bit of a rough calculation, it is better than what we have now).

Rock on, SW,

Koh
