So excited to report that I weighed in at 64.0kg today. That's a BMI of 25.0 - "normal".

That's 1.7kg in 6 days this week. Week 9 weigh-in tomorrow.

Hi All,

Week 9 weigh in today and I am a "healthy" 64.0kg - BMI 25.0 - YAY!!!

Still got 4.5kg to go before I start refeed. That would be 4.5 in 3 weeks and 3 days if I am to do my reefed before I go to NZ. That's 1.4kg per week which I don't think is achievable looking back over my averages but we'll see! Either way, I can always do it when I get back.

WOOOO!! you are sneaking towards the finish line, if you consistently get 100 grams a day with the occasional 200 or 300 you could make it in your time line.
I can't wait for this to be over, not because I want to go crazy with food, I just want something other than fat to occupy my brain (how to loose it, where I am loosing it from, am I going to loose it, how much of it am I loosing and the lengths I go to to avoid eating it).

After my big loss last week, this has been a very slow and up and down week. Totalling all gains and losses, I've only lost 200g so far this week.

Hoping it picks up again soon!

May I be so brave as to be the pot calling the kettle black and suggest you don't weigh yourself every single day until you get over your wee bump?
You are doing so well, basically 14 kgs in 9 weeks which averages approx 1.5kgs a week, I know you have done cohens before and have far more experience than I do but on any other diet people would be jumping for joy at that average. I also expect to be told the same thing in a few months when I get there!

Another disappointing week with only 500g loss

The only thing I can think is that this week I had 2 meals of pre-minced (extra trim, high quality) mince instead of having the butcher mince it. Could this be the reason?

I am not deviating and it is now getting a little disappointing.

Hey AZ! You're doing so well and not far from goal at all! You have the most incredible willpower and I know you'll be there before you know it In the meantime, enjoy the journey, enjoy how much lighter you are than you were 10 weeks ago and enjoy the feeling of not carrying around all that weight all day every day. Being at goal isn't a magical place when you can suddenly start feeling thinner and happier, you can enjoy your slimmer body now, even while you are still working at getting to goal.

Thanks for your visits to my diary and all your encouragement. I look forward to celebrating with you as you reach goal again! It's not long now xx

Hi Louise,

Thanks for dropping in. Lovely to hear from you. You are right. I am enjoying my smaller clothes and not feeling so blah!!!

Unfortunately, I don't fit in to all my lovely clothes I bought when I finished last time. Hoping I will be able to soon.

Hiya AZ,
You can't be far off fitting into your little clothes now! Your photos are so beautiful and I see that you were 60 when you had those done which means you are only 3.5kgs from that, couple more weeks and you will be done and dusted wearing your hot little numbers again

Thanks Anna,

Although if I only keep losing 0.5kg a week it will be a lot longer. I won't start refeed until I am 59.5kg or below.

Hi AZ,

Did you ever try that "meal switcheroo"? i.e. eat meal 2 for breakfast, 3 for lunch, and meal 1 before bedtime. If so, how did it go?

That gives you more energy (and warmth) through the day, and less to digest at night, so the fat-burning overnight can start SOONER !!

If you didn't yet, try it now - who knows, it could spark a whole new revolution inside your bod, and have you stripping of Kgs and throwing them into the bin.
