This is my diet to lose weight. I have lost 2kg in one week.
Breakfast Avocado-Egg Toast • 1 slice whole-grain bread • 1/4 medium avocado • 1 large egg, cooked in 1/4 tsp. olive oil or coat pan with a thin layer of cooking spray (1 second spray) • Top egg with a pinch of pepper (1/16 tsp.) • 1 clementine Lunch (295 calories) Leftover soup • 2 cups Ravioli & Vegetable Soup • 1 clementine Afternoon Snack • 3 Tbsp. hummus • 1 cup sliced cucumber Dinner • 1 1/2 cups Delicata Squash & Tofu Curryhttps://wikihomenutrition.com/squash-health-benefits/ • 1/2 cup brown rice All above foods are promising agent for weight loss, especially squash. Squash is very low calorie in its content cause 100 grams of raw summer squash contain only 16 kcal. There is low fat and high in fiber, which can boost the fat-burn process and improve the fullness and restrict the amount of foods consumed. |

Firstly, drinking a lot of water surely support you not only your skin but also your body.
Secondly, doing exercises will help you reform your body. Try to practice regularly. Finally, 70% of losing weight is affected by balance diet. Have wheat germ mixed with milk for breakfast. To lose weight, watch what you eat and engage in a regular workout. Break meal in the small frequent meal, drink more water than routine and prefer raw food over proceed food. Avoid eating late and focus on cardio exercises more.
