In fact the ONLY way I cook it, cos it is just too dam delicious to want to have it any other way.Ingredients Fresh Fish (allowance) - I used 105g of SnapperInstructions 1) Lay out enough tinfoil to fit your fish in flat (i would suggest two layers of tinfoil on top of each other to avoid juice spillage whilst it cooks)Level of Difficulty EasyTime Needed 45-50mins. (10-15mins prep time & 35-40mins to cook)Serves 1 person NYF Recipes v2
